Nikol Pashinyan: If someone declares treason and is not in law  enforcement agencies to report a crime, it means that he is a  charlatan.

"There is a statement  that in Armenia the government was preparing or is preparing a  conspiracy against Artsakh. And this is an accusation of treason. If  someone claims treason and is not in law enforcement agencies to  report a crime, then he is a charlatan," - he said.Pashinyan also  said that there is no point in competing in elections with the RPA,  since it dropped out of the political agenda, and this will become  clear immediately after the elections. "The RPA is not something that  is not opposition, it is opposition to Armenia," Pashinyan concluded.
