David Sanasaryan: " I will fight corruption even in a coffin"

As the head of the Service assured, the State Audit Office will  continue to study the state of the hemodialysis market, for the  benefit of the state and people, regardless of "on the heels of which  persons the department will attack."

Earlier it was reported about the detention of four employees of the  State Control Service, including two heads of departments - brothers  David and Samvel Adyan. Later, the State Control Service of Armenia  made an explanation, noting that the information disseminated in the  press was misrepresented, namely that David Adyan fulfilled his  duties, and that in fact two service officers were detained.

The statement also says that the State Control Service on these days  is conducting research on the process of purchasing equipment for  hemodialysis at the St. Grigor Lusavorich medical center. "Upon  completion of the proceedings will be given the course of the case in  the manner prescribed by law," - noted in the department. Meanwhile,  Armenian Health Minister Arsen Torosyan said on the radio Azatutyun  Radio that he submitted a statement to the National Security Service  in connection with interference in the procurement process in several  medical centers. According to media reports, earlier the head of  Frizanyuz, which supplies dialysis equipment to medical institutions,  said that the head of the State Control Service, David Sanasaryan,  made a number of changes to the procurement procedure, which resulted  in Zarshen, which supplies furniture, and, according to information,  associated with control officers.

The lawyer of one of the brothers, Samvel Adyan, David Mnatsakanyan,  said that his client was charged with part 2 of article 308 ("Abuse  of official authority, which resulted in serious consequences by  negligence") and part 2 of article 325 ("Forging, selling or using  documents, stamps, seals , forms, state numbers of vehicles,  committed by a group of persons by prior agreement ") of the Criminal  Code of Armenia. The investigator filed a petition on the choice of a  measure of restraint in the form of detention in relation to Adyan.  According to Mnatsakanyan, his client gave testimony and does not  admit guilt. He also stated that there was no confrontation. The  accused in the case are two more people. The charge was also filed by  State Service Control employee Gevorg Khachatryan. The third  defendant is a certain Taron Avetisyan.
