ArmInfo.Roughly at 13.30 a special meeting of the National Assembly will begin in Yerevan, at which the issue of extending the state of emergency will be  discussed.  The Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Ararat Mirzoyan  said this on April 13 at an extraordinary sitting of the National  Assembly.

According to him, at 12.00 a government meeting will begin, at which,  as expected, a decision will be made to extend the state of  emergency, after  which  the document will go to parliament. In this  regard, tentatively at 13.30 The SB will consider the draft decision.  He called on the deputies not to leave and at any time be ready to  continue the work of the RA National Assembly. Recall that on April  11 live on Facebook, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that the  decision to extend the regime of  state of emergency in Armenia is  inevitable. He noted that in the coming working days the government  will make this decision, after which, within the framework of a  special meeting, discussions will be held in the RA National  Assembly. , the prime  minister said. At the same time, Pashinyan noted that in conditions  of emergency it is important to preserve economic life, therefore,  from Monday (April 13) a number of types of economic activities will  be fully allowed, in particular agriculture, forestry and fisheries,  mining and open pit mining, electricity, gas, steam and air  conditioning, water supply, purification, waste treatment and the  receipt of secondary raw materials, freight and storage facilities  are allowed. In addition, from April 13, the Commandant will allow  the construction of open works, the production of tobacco products,  after April 20 - the production of textiles and clothing, the  activities of hardware stores, research and development. However, the  prime minister said that in the near future the activities of public  transport, which contains the highest level of risk of the spread of  the disease, will be completely banned. At the same time, he  emphasized that employers in emergency situations must bear the costs  of moving employees whose type of detail does not fall under the  restrictions of the Commandant's Office. Interregional movements will  be banned in the coming weeks, however, taxi operation in both  Yerevan and the regions will not be stopped.
