"Electric Networks of Armenia" does not agree with accusations of  "Veolia Jur"

ArmInfo. The conflict between "Electric Networks of Armenia" CJSC (ENA) and "Veolia Jur" CJSC is gaining momentum due to interruptions in the supply of electricity  and water in the city.

So, in response to the next statement of "Veolia Jur", which notes  that due to fluctuations in electrical voltage there were  interruptions in the work of a number of pumping stations of the  water supply system, ENA stressed that voltage fluctuations did not  exceed the established GOST.

The ENA stressed that according to the international technical  regulation standard (GOST 32144-2013), positive / negative voltage  deviations should not exceed 10%.

As stated in the message of the ENA, "Veolia Jur" as the reason for  stopping the pump at the pumping station of the Shor-Shor source  mentions a voltage drop from 6000 V to 5484 V and adds that instead  of 4 pumps 1 is operating. Firstly, in this case it is the  permissible deviation by the standard; secondly, if one pump is  running, then the other 3 can work as well. As a result of voltage  deviation, the pumps are either connected or not connected, the  number of pumps does not matter here. The same can be said for the  other examples mentioned in the post.

As for the complaint of "Veolia Jur" about power outages in 15 days,  it should be noted that "Electric Networks of Armenia" supplies  electricity to many industrial enterprises, irrigation and water  companies in Armenia, of which these days did not receive any  complaints about voltage deviations.

Moreover, a number of employees of our company, who yesterday called  the Customer Service Information Center "Veolia Jur" in order to find  out the reasons for the lack of water at the address of residence,  received an answer that the interruptions occurred due to voltage  deviations. Our employees were able to measure the voltage and made  sure there were no deviations," the message of the ENA says.

In conclusion, it is noted that the "Electric Networks of Armenia"  company is ready to provide professional consultations to "Veolia  Jur" on the restoration of the normal operation of pumping stations,  if necessary.

It should be noted that for several days in a number of  administrative districts of the city of Yerevan there have been  interruptions, both in the supply of water and electricity. Veolia  Jur CJSC claims that water supply interruptions caused by voltage  surges, meanwhile, Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC emphasize that  if there were voltage surges, they were within the established  standards and could not affect the operation of the company's pumping  stations, supplying water to the population.
