ArmInfo.Armenia's Premier Nikol Pashinyan signed decrees appointing Hovhannes Avetisyan Governor of the Lori province and Arnak Avetisyan vice-governor of the Armavir province.
Armenia's premier also extended the powers of the Nuclear Safety Committee Khachatur Kirakosyan until March 12, 2023.
