Genocide scholar: Antonio Guterres, Cindy McCain, Charles Michel and  Toivo Klaar will remain in history as supporters of genocides

AAs a genocide scholar, I will emphasize in my work the involvement of key figures  such as UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, the head of the  International Food Program, Cindy McCain, the President of the  European Union, Charles Michel, and the EU special representative for   the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, in encouraging and supporting   genocidal acts. Genocide scholar Suren Manukyan wrote on his   Facebook page.

He recalled that  despite the clear decisions and appeals of the UN  Court, ECHR, and other international organizations, they disregarded  the actions of ethnic cleansing in Artsakh, which left 120,000 people  on the brink of starvation. Their indifference and statements are  effectively normalizing Azerbaijan's policy of ethnic cleansing in  Artsakh through starvation.

"I hope that one day they will all be held personally responsible by  the international court. At the very least, I will contribute to  ensuring their names are recorded in history as supporters of  genocides," Manukyan summed up.

120,000 residents of Artsakh are on the verge of starvation due to  the siege staged by Azerbaijan. The civilized international  community, in pursuit of energy resources, has forgotten about  universal human rights, and about democracy, and international law in  general, not noticing the terror perpetrated by Azerbaijan against  Artsakh for 8 months.
