Ardshinbank CJSC has announced about the launch of a new refinancing business loan

ArmInfo.Ardshinbank CJSC has launched a business loan refinancing program with the possibility of receiving an additional amount for current expenses.  This business loan is designed for RA resident small and medium businesses, who want to lighten their credit load.

Business owners can transfer and consolidate their business loans in Ardshinbank starting from AMD 20 million and up to AMD 1 billion or equivalent foreign currency and receive 2% lower percentage from the current interest rate.

Under the terms of the new type of loan, small and medium-sized businesses will be offered competitive interest rates: at least 10.75% for an AMD loan, and at least 8% for a US dollar loan.

In addition, the repayment period of the newly granted loan will exceed twice the repayment period of the existing loan.

One of the important advantages of this new loan type is that customers can get additional 30% lending to the existing loan amount, for a period of up to 60 months and with the same reduced interest rate of the loan type.

In addition, the Bank noted that the new type of loan will have a grace period of up to one year for repayment of the principal amount of the loan. Also, a new collateral assessment will not be required if a collateral assessment has already been carried out within the last 3 years. There are no fees for studying, issuing and servicing the loan application.

Commenting on the new loan product, Ardshinbank SME Director Artur Hakobyan, particularly, said: “By launching this refinancing new product, we were guided by modern market offers and current needs.
