


ArmInfo. The scientific journal of the Armenian Genocide Museum- Institute (AGMI) "International Journal of Armenian Genocide Studies" (IJAGS) has been included in the international scientific information database Scopus.
As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports (MECS) of Armenia, the journal was established in 2014 and is one of two scientific publications published by AGMI. The editorial board of the journal is primarily composed of international scientists, with about 80% of its members representing foreign scientific institutions. "This is a significant achievement not only for AGMI, but also for the field of genocide studies, demonstrating the increasing international value and scientific importance of Armenian Genocide research," the ministry noted. She also announced that four more Armenian periodicals have been included in the Scopus international database. Three of them, the Armenian Mathematical Journal (since 2008), the New Armenian Medical Journal (since 2009) and the Bulletin of Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery (2019-2020, 2022-2025) are in the fields of natural sciences and medicine. The fourth, Translation Studies, is published by Yerevan State University.
