RA Prosecutor`s Office reports work in Syunik, Lori, in first half of 2025

ArmInfo. In the Syunik region of  Armenia, in the first half of 2025, as a result of prosecutorial  actions, damages in the amount of 51 thousand US dollars were  restored, in Lori - more than 14 million drams.

In particular, according to the Prosecutor General's Office, in  Syunik, as a result of studies carried out within the framework of  the powers to initiate cases in defense of state (community)  interests, on the basis of warnings issued by regional prosecutors,  19 million 833 thousand drams, equivalent to 51 thousand US dollars,  were collected for the benefit of the state. During the same period,  35 million 924 thousand drams, equivalent to 93 thousand US dollars,  were collected for the benefit of the state through criminal  proceedings.

In the Lori region, during the same period, 14 million 246 thousand  drams were restored through criminal proceedings. During the same  period, the amount of damage caused to the state and the community,  collected by final court decisions, amounted to 3 million 273  thousand drams. The amount of amounts satisfied by acts that have not  yet entered into legal force is 41 million 679 thousand drams.
