ArmInfo.  During today's first court hearing,  Erem Sargsyan, lawyer for the head of the Shirak Diocese,  stated that  the investigator rejected the petition for   Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II to visit Archbishop Mikael  Ajapahyan in pretrial detention.  , he said.
