Armenia`s Constitution of Armenia  not discussed in Washington -  Minister

ArmInfo.The issue of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia was not discussed in Washington, as stated by  the RA Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ararat Mirzoyan,  in an interview with  Public TV.

According to him, Armenia did not undertake any obligations to  Azerbaijan to make amendments to the Constitution. "The Constitution  was not discussed in Washington, and we have no obligations to any  third country to change our constitution," he noted.  Note, that   Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has stated that a peace agreement  with Armenia will be signed as soon as amendments to the Constitution  are made.
