RA Prosecutor General Office`s  further claims  met

ArmInfo.  The latest claims made by the Department for the Protection of State Interests of the Prosecutor General's Office were upheld by decisions dated October 16 and 17, 2025.

According to the supervisory authority, once the court decisions  enter into force, a total of 11,308,000 drams will be recovered in  favor of the Republic of Armenia.

Recall, the Department for the Protection of State Interests of the  Prosecutor General's Office filed claims in the Anti-Corruption Court  against two individuals for damages caused to the state due to tax  non- payment.
