Armenia will not extradite businessman Ruben Tatulyan to Russia -  Prosecutor General`s Office

ArmInfo. Armenia will not extradite businessman Ruben Tatulyan, better known in criminal circles as "Robson," to the Russian Federation, according  to  the  General Prosecutor's Office of Armenia.

The office reported that Tatulyan was found in Armenia at the request  of the Russian side on November 7.  "The businessman, who is sought  by the competent Russian authorities, was found by police officers on  November 7. However, Tatulyan was not arrested on the grounds that he  is an Armenian citizen and therefore not eligible for extradition to  a foreign state," the Prosecutor General's Office said. According to  Russian media, Tatulyan is wanted in Russia for fraud, organizing a  criminal group, murder, and is also involved in a case of land theft.
