Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and EU Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos, at a meeting in Brussels, expressed satisfaction with the approval of the new Armenia-EU strategic partnership agenda and emphasized their readiness to actively work to deepen cooperation in all areas outlined therein.
According to the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, projects implemented with EU support were discussed, as well as opportunities for expanding their scope through the use of existing instruments. Mirzoyan and Kos discussed in detail the work undertaken to promote connectivity, investment in infrastructure development, and, consequently, economic cooperation.
They also discussed initiatives aimed at strengthening Armenia's resilience, as well as upcoming high-level events, including the holding of the European Political Community and Armenia-EU summits in Yerevan in May 2026.
The meeting also included an exchange of views on the international situation.
