ArmInfo. Today, with participation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov a new cattle-breeding complex of «Altyn halka» state enterprise was put into operation. The head of Turkmenistan also familiarised with the work carried out to strengthen the material and technical basis of the water economy of the country.

Initiatives of Hero-Arkadag on an all-around development and modernisation of the national agrarian sector are successfully realised today under the wise leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. A special significance is attached to the given sphere in development of the cattle-breeding branch on a modern basis, in particular, sheep breeding, poultry farming and camel breeding, taking into account local natural-environmental conditions and forage reserve. With a view of maintenance of food abundance in the country, the great attention is given to study and introduction of advanced world experience and expansion of international cooperation in this area.

Development of cattle breeding and poultry farming on a scientific basis, development of innovative technologies for veterinary researches, increase of efficiency of research work on rational use of pastures, perfection of methods of manufacture and processing of cattle-breeding production were designated here as priority goals. Within realisation of government programs for manufacture of import replacing production and increase in volumes of export goods, large cattle-breeding and poultry-farming complexes with full production cycles for output of ready meat and dairy production are regularly constructed and put into operation.

A new cattle-breeding complex of «Altyn halka» state enterprise of State Cattle Breeding and Poultry Farming Association, constructed according to the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan can clearly attest to the fact.

The head of the state visited the office building of the cattle-breeding complex where he familiarised with the conditions created there.

The office building provides all possibilities for effective work of specialists. Office rooms are provided with the necessary equipment, including computers, furniture, which completely meets established requirements.

Then, the head of the state headed towards to the department of digital systems of the office building.

A specialist informed the President of Turkmenistan on the work carried out there.

It was pointed out that the department ensures all conditions for supervision of the work in the territory of the complex and industrial buildings as well as care of animals by digital system.

The information on the number of cattle kept in the cattle-breeding complex is stored on the special chips attached to animals, on which the data on the breed, state of health, daily milk yield, measures of prevention of diseases and other data are placed.

By means of a special monitor in the department, it is possible to watch places where animals are kept and to receive the information, in which one is interested. Through another screen, one can trace and register the entrance and exit through the front entrance of the cattle-breeding complex. One more monitor allows supervising the industrial operations, which are carried out with use of agricultural machinery available there.

The specialist warmly congratulated Arkadagly Hero Serdar as well as Hero-Arkadag on the 30^th anniversary of neutrality of our fatherland. Using the possibility, he expressed sincere gratitude for the created conditions for fruitful work.

The President of Turkmenistan continued acquaintance with the complex.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev, who supervises the agro-industrial complex reported on the work of the new cattle-breeding complex of «Altyn halka» state enterprise.

As he marked, for modern management of the cattle-breeding complex by means of digital system, buildings of administration, laboratory, and a dining room as well as three buildings designed for maintenance of 500 head of cattle, two buildings for maintenance of 200 head of calves, milking parlour, the fodder platform, an indoor warehouse for forages are provided. It also provides veterinary, quarantine buildings, auxiliary premises for storage of agricultural machinery, stock, and specialised transport.

The Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet also reported ­Arkadagly Hero Serdar on projects of an integrated poultry farm with an annual capacity of 15 million eggs and 1 thousand tons of chicken meat as well as cattle-breeding complexes for maintenance of 1 thousand cattle, which are proposed to construct in the territory of Ak bugday etrap of Akhal velayat.

President Serdar Berdymuhamedov underlined that the realised state policy on reforming the agrarian sector is aimed at the further strengthening of food abundance in the country and increase in manufacture of competitive production and marked that the modern conditions created in the complex will allow to provide a high level of productivity and gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet corresponding instructions.

Then, the President of Turkmenistan visited the laboratory unit.

There, the specialist acquainted the head of the state with the established equipment.

As was marked, it is provided with the high-quality equipment of the USA, Japan, Germany, Poland and Bulgaria. These devices are intended for operative quality check and nutritional value of made forages, additives and grain forages, definition of their humidity, acidity of liquids, conduction of exact measurements as well as establishment of presence of fat, fibre, density and lactose in milk that helps arrangement of work carried out in the laboratory at modern level.

Using the possibility, the specialist warmly congratulated Arkadagly Hero Serdar and Hero-Arkadag on the 30^th anniversary of neutrality of our fatherland and expressed sincere gratitude for the created conditions for work of young personnel.

Having wished the specialist successes, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov headed towards the canteen of the complex.

The modern equipment available there allows cooks to prepare various dishes. It visually testifies that the noble principle of Hero-Arkadag «State - for people!» is successfully realised today under the wise leadership of the President of the country.

Then, the head of the state visited the first block of the complex intended for maintenance of cattle.

The modern technologies, conditions created there for maintenance of animals allow raising their efficiency.

Arkadagly Hero Serdar noted the importance of appropriate fulfilment of work carried out there and gave Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev a number of concrete instructions.

Then, the President of Turkmenistan visited the milking parlour of the cattle-breeding complex where simultaneous milking and reception of milk from 40 cows is provided. The yield of milk from each cow is registered by means of the milking machine, which differs with high accuracy and efficiency. At any changes in the state of health of an animal, the milking machine is automatically disconnected. The special attention here is given to sanitary and hygienic conditions.

Further, the head of the state watched animals on loafing areas of the complex.

For adaptation of animals to the local soil-environmental conditions, blocks provide the optimum temperature mode and humidity of air. With a view of maintenance of blood circulation of animals, they periodically taken out on loafing areas. It is a basis of increase of volumes of output of meat and food production.

Then, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov examined buildings for maintenance of young animals and brood cows.

There special shelters for new-born calves, after which as well as in the unit of maintenance of cows-mothers, specialists and veterinary surgeons regularly observe, are equipped. In this connection, it is necessary to note that premises for maintenance of animals are equipped by the necessary technology, including automatic sinks and drinking bowls.

The head of the state pointed out that an increase in the head of cattle is one of the basic areas of development of cattle-breeding branch and gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet a number of instructions.

Then, the President of Turkmenistan visited the warehouse for forages where he familiarised with their varieties.

In the territory of the complex, various kinds of forages are made for cattle. Specialists supervise the nutritional value of each kind and define its dosage and quantity taking into account features of animals.

Efficiency of agricultural animals depends on their forage and maintenance of necessary components and biologically active additives in it. In the given context, construction and commissioning of enterprises for manufacture of various kinds of forages for animals is a visual evidence of the complex approach to the strengthening of basis of food abundance, including development of animal industries.

It is necessary to note that the complex occupies a total area of 375 hectares, from which more than 9 hectares are occupied with various facilities and more than 365 hectares are used for cultivation of forage crops for cattle.

For uninterrupted maintenance of the cattle-breeding complex with forages now 164 hectares were sown with grain crops, 47 hectares are sown with alfalfa. From 74 hectares of the land, the crop of corn, which was placed in silage warehouses, was harvested and in the released territory grain crops were sown. Manufacture of high-grade forages for animals is an important condition of constant growth of manufacture and quality production.

As President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined, considering approach of the winter season, it is necessary to take urgent measures for maintenance of animals with warm sheds and good nutrition and gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet corresponding instructions.

The head of the state handed the head of the cattle-breeding complex keys to the new technics and vehicles.

They included powerful tractors, grain-harvesting and forage harvesting combines of the American company «John Deere», various kinds of agricultural machinery, and specialised cars and technics, vehicles of the People’s Republic of China and Japan which possess high operational characteristics for productive work of employees.

During acquaintance with the cattle-breeding complex, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov examined auxiliary objects. The possibilities created there once again confirm the complex approach to the organisation of work of the complex at high level. Construction of the high-efficiency agricultural enterprises equipped with modern technologies provides growth of manufacture of food production in our country.

Then, the head of the state visited the veterinary building where he familiarised with its equipment.

There, a veterinary surgeon informed the President of Turkmenistan on the work carried out.

As was marked, the given section is intended for temporary isolation and treatment of animals. Simultaneously there it is possible to render the veterinary aid for 12 animals.

The advanced equipment of Germany and Great Britain established in the unit allows producing high quality distilled water, to carry out qualitative artificial insemination, and to render care of cattle hoofs.

The veterinary surgeon expressed sincere gratitude to Arkadagly Hero Serdar and Hero-Arkadag for the opening of the modern cattle-breeding complex and wished them sound health, long years of life and further successes in their activity for the benefit of our people.

Having familiarised with the modernised cattle-breeding complex, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished all successes in their work and left the place.

Then, the head of the state arrived in the Office for Communications and Supervision of the Turkmen lake «Altyn asyr» of the State Water Economy Committee of Turkmenistan.

The President of Turkmenistan familiarised with technical characteristics of the newly purchased haulage trucks, refuellers and excavators from the Chinese company Shantui Construction Machinery FZE».

At present, the technical basis of the water economy of the country is systematically strengthened and considerable financial means are allocated for its modernisation. Water-purifying facilities and water reservoirs are simultaneously put into commissioning. For these works, the powerful equipment from leading world manufacturers is widely used. Hydraulic engineering constructions for creation of additional reserves of water and irrigation of agricultural grounds are also erected.

The head of the state pointed out that the commissioning of the new project of cattle-breeding branch, and purchase of new machinery, which considerably will strengthen the material and technical basis of the water economy, has a special importance in celebration of the 30^th anniversary of permanent neutrality of our fatherland.

The Deputy-Chairman of the cabinet and khyakims of velayats expressed their deep gratitude to Arkadagly Hero Serdar and Hero-Arkadag for the created conditions for development of the agricultural branch of the country and wished them sound health, long life and further successes in their activity for maintenance of peaceful life of our people and assured that they will make their best for successful fulfilment of set goals.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov warmly said goodbye to the gathered and left the place.

Thus, the new cattle-breeding complex and newly purchased machinery for the water economy show the foresight of strategy of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov aimed at diversification of the agrarian sector of the country according to modern requirements.
