ArmInfo. The 6th International Conference on Eurasian Studies, dedicated to contemporary China and Eurasia, is taking place in Yerevan. It is organized by the China-Eurasian Council for Political and Strategic Studies.
Sixty-five scholars from more than 20 countries are participating in the event. They will present papers on political processes on the Eurasian continent, regional security, new research directions, and contemporary geopolitical challenges.
The keynote speaker at the conference will be Professor Heiwei Tan, Vice President of the University of Hong Kong and Director of the Asia-Global Institute.
The China-Eurasian Council for Political and Strategic Studies has already organized five international conferences on this topic, creating a stable platform for cooperation in Eurasian studies. The conference aims to form a new international research group to work on the handbook "Eurasian Geopolitics," scheduled for publication by Routledge. Four scholarly books have already been published in collaboration with Routledge, and the upcoming handbook will become one of the most important academic collections in the field.
