ArmInfo. The travel ban that was imposed as a preventive measure during the preliminary investigation of the new criminal case against Armenia's third president, Serzh Sargsyan, has been lifted, as reported by the Anti-Corruption Court.
The preventive measure was lifted at the direction of the prosecutor's office. "Since the judge was acting as a substitute judge, he could not lift the preventive sanction on his own. The court ordered the prosecution to lift the imposed preventive sanction," the court's statement reads.
