According to Israeli media, the NSC advised its citizens to refrain from traveling to Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan "due to the threat of terrorist attacks."
"The NSC advised Israelis returning from abroad via Egypt and Jordan to choose flights that land only in Taba, Aqaba, and Amman. Israelis were advised not to linger in Egypt and Jordan, but to proceed directly to the nearest border crossings into Israel," the media reported.
As a reminder, on the morning of February 28, the United States and Israel attacked Iran. In retaliation, Iran launched strikes against American bases in the Middle East. As a result of the US-Israeli aggression, Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and several high-ranking Iranian military officials were killed. On March 8, Iran's Assembly of Experts elected Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, the son of the late Ayatollah Ali Seyyed Khamenei, as the new Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
