


ArmInfo. A meeting of the heads of Armenian diplomatic missions accredited in Arab countries was held in Muscat under the leadership of Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan. According to the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, the situation in the Middle East and the main trends in regional developments were discussed at the meeting.
The Armenian ambassadors presented the realities and specificities of their countries of accreditation.
An exchange of views took place on potential solutions to the situation.
Mirzoyan addressed ongoing work to implement Armenia's foreign policy priorities in the region and the country's approaches to further developing partnerships. The discussion then continued on issues of interest to Armenian citizens who have been in countries in the region since the escalation of the situation in the Middle East, including efforts to return them to Armenia, which we will discuss in more detail. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister for Coordination of Relations with Middle East Countries Vahan Kostanyan and diplomats from the Central Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
