ArmInfo. The ruling regime in Armenia, guided by Azerbaijan's preconditions, aims to fulfill Baku's demand. Secretary of the opposition parliamentary faction "I Have the Honor" Tigran Abrahamyan stated this at a briefing in the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 27, commenting on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement about passing a new Constitution through a referendum at any cost.
At a briefing the previous day, the head of the Armenian government noted that if the Constitution fails in the referendum, another referendum will be held. In this regard, Tigran Abrahamyan noted that with this statement, Pashinyan sent a clear message to Aliyev that he will fulfill Azerbaijan's demands at any cost. "I think it's all very simple and clear," the MP remarked.
