Court softens restraint for Imnemnimi podcast host; Public speech ban  imposed

ArmInfo. The preventive measure for Imnemnimi podcaster Vazgen Saghatelyan has been changed to  house arrest. The corresponding decision was made by a court of general jurisdiction.

According to the decision, Saghatelyan was also banned from making  public appearances.

Recall, bloggers Narek Samsonyan and Vazgen Saghatelyan were detained  on November 13, 2025, in Yerevan. On the same day, the AntiFake.am  editorial office was searched, and all equipment was seized.  They  were detained based on a complaint from Armenian Parliament Speaker  Alen Simonyan for allegedly using obscene language. The investigation  charges them with hooliganism.
