ArmInfo.Richard Giragosian, the Director of Regional Studies Center, is sure that David Tonoyan, the Minister of Emergency Situations and the Ex-Defense Minister, will lead the Armenian Defense Ministry in the future.

ArmInfo. On the upcoming parliamentary elections, the Republican Party of Armenia on April 2 will receive 60% of the votes. With such a forecast on February 21 at  a press conference in Yerevan spoke the political scientist, Director  of the Analytical Center on Globalization and Regional Cooperation  Stepan Grigoryan.
