According to the draft law amended by the Cabinet of Ministers on amending the Law on the Structure of the Government, 12 out of 17 ministries will be  left.  According to the document, the Ministry of Culture, Ministry  of Sports and Youth Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Science  will be merged into one single ministry.
