If you say that there is a risky point, then it is equally risky for Azerbaijan,> he said.  When asked when the text of the peace agreement will be published, the NA Speaker said: <Part of the document is already known at the level of talk. Then, we are dealing with a party that, to put it simply, needs a reason  everywhere to announce something and create problems in some way. When we determine the time and logic to publicize and the moment comes, we will publish it. The question is not whether Azerbaijan will publish, then us.>
