ArmInfo.  In a phone conversation on July 28, Russian President Vladimir Putin and  Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev reaffirmed their commitment to  further expanding mutually beneficial cooperation, as reported by the  Kremlin's press service.

ArmInfo.  The recent phone call between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian  President Vladimir Putin did not signal a resolution to the ongoing  crisis in Armenian-Russian relations, but rather confirmed that the  strategic differences between the parties continue to deepen. That  assessment was shared on Facebook by Suren Surenyants, a political  scientist and leader of the Democratic Alternative party.

ArmInfo.  During a meeting with Armenian Interior Minister Arpine Sargsyan, U.S. Charge  d'Affaires David Allen reaffirmed the U.S. side's readiness to  continue supporting initiatives aimed at developing the country's  cybersecurity capacity.  According to the Armenian Interior  Ministry's press service, the parties discussed legislative changes  in cybersecurity and opportunities for developing professional  skills. It was noted that the procurement process to replenish  the  cyber laboratory with the support of American partners, is nearing  completion.

ArmInfo. On 27 July 2026, a meeting of the co-chairs of the Turkmen-Iranian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and Minister of Roads and Urban Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran Farzaneh Sadegh Malvajerd was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
