ArmInfo. Thirty military deaths were recorded in the Armenian Armed Forces during the first seven months of 2026, according to research by the Vanadzor office of the Helsinki Citizens' Assembly (HCA).

ArmInfo.  The current Armenian government is publicly pressuring law enforcement agencies to arrest second President Robert Kocharyan. Robert Kocharyan himself stated  this on July 10 at a hearing in the Anti-Corruption Court, where  hearings on the March 1, 2008, case continue.

ArmInfo.  Armenia and Russia have reached a number of agreements. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this to journalists during a briefing on July 9,  commenting on the results of his meeting with his Russian  counterpart, Mikhail Mishustin.

ArmInfo.  Housing built by residents of the country's border regions with financial assistance from the Armenian government cannot be seized, confiscated, or  applied toward the beneficiary's other obligations during the term of  the mortgage loan. This decision was made at a government meeting on  July 9.

ArmInfo.  The very fact of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's working visit to Russia  creates opportunities for restoring Armenian-Russian dialogue, but  it's too early to talk about a real thaw in bilateral relations. This  opinion was shared by political analyst and economist Grant Mikaelyan  in an interview with an ArmInfo correspondent. "The fact of the visit  itself offers certain hope and creates opportunities, given that  Moscow was initially against such a visit. We saw that the previous  meeting between Putin and Pashinyan (on April 1 — Ed.) was not very  successful," Mikaelyan noted.

ArmInfo.  A new water supply schedule began in Yerevan on July 1.  According to Veolia Jur CJSC, for 2.5 months, most addresses in the capital will have water supplied on a  17- to 19-hour schedule, but some administrative districts will  continue to operate on a 24-hour schedule.

ArmInfo.  A new youth space has opened in the village of Geghakert in the Khoy community of the Armavir region. It will be the sixth such center created in Armenia's  regions under the "Youth in Action: Empowering and Mobilizing Young  People in Armenia" program. ArmInfo. In the 2026-2027 academic year, admission to 10th grade in public high schools in Armenia will be conducted online for the first time through the my.emis.am platform. This was announced by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport (MONKS) of Armenia.
