RA Premier`s spokesperson refutes report of transfer of Armenian  village to Georgia

ArmInfo.  The press secretary of the RA Prime Minister, Nazeli Baghdasaryan, denied several media reports regarding the transfer of the village of Jiliza to Georgia.

"Several media outlets have disseminated 'information' about an  agreement reached as part of the border demarcation process,  according to which Armenia will allegedly transfer the village of  Jiliza, part of the enlarged Alaverdi community, to Georgia. Any  statement, idea, or 'information' regarding the intention, plan, or  agreement to transfer any part of the sovereign territory of the  Republic of Armenia to another country cannot, by its very nature,  correspond to reality. Therefore, as before, we have refuted,  refuted, and will continue to refuted any publications of such  content, as they are fictitious," Nazeli Baghdasaryan noted.
