ArmInfo. Ani Avetisyan has been appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia. The appointment was signed by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

"In accordance with Part 1 of Article 9 of the Law on Public Service, Ani Avetisyan is appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs," states the Prime Minister's decision, which was distributed by the RA Government Press Service.

Ani Avetisyan, 35, is an orientalist by profession; she studied and conducted research at Heidelberg and Cambridge Universities. She has also worked at various European foundations and educational institutions.
