ArmInfo. In Armenia, all matters related to court decisions on the seizure or lifting of seizures on property will be resolved electronically.
At its October 6 meeting, the RA National Assembly Committee on State and Legal Affairs issued a positive opinion on the amendments to the Law "On State Registration of Property Rights" and related documents submitted by the RA government for the second reading.
As Suren Tovmasyan, Chairman of the RA Cadastre Committee, noted in his speech, the process is currently managed on paper, with notifications of seizures or lifting of seizures on real estate submitted to the Committee in writing, leading to delays. It is now proposed to simplify this process by notifying it electronically. All data is entered into an electronic journal, from where it is immediately transferred to the Cadastre Committee's database and automatically registered in the state registry. Courts will also be able to submit notices of the application of sanctions against property in electronic form, rather than by mail.
