Armenia, Turkey to discuss resumption of Gyumri-Kars railway service  in upcoming meeting

ArmInfo.  An interdepartmental technical meeting between Armenia and Turkey will  take place soon, as stated  by Deputy Speaker of the Armenian  Parliament Ruben Rubinyan during a press briefing on October 21.

According to him, the parties will discuss the resumption of the  Gyumri-Kars railway service. Further details of the meeting will be  announced at a later date.

Rubinyan also confirmed that negotiations on the opening of the  borders are currently ongoing.
